VW Beetle Roof Racks

There are many universal roofracks on the market, but most are NOT suitable for the unique VW Beetle roofline. At VW Heritage, however, we stock a range of model specific VW Beetle roof racks to help maximize your bug's storage potential without compromising its classic looks. Our genuine Flat 4 roofracks feature solid oak slats - with a 50kg capacity - and top quality power coated framework (on a stainless steel frame if desired). Good quality EMPI alternatives are also available.

Flat 4 also offer an oak slatted rear VW luggage rack, with a 30kg capacity, that sits over the engine lid, fixing to the air vents and bumper irons. Get that vintage look with a practical slant.

VW Camper Van Roof Racks

We offer various types of VW Camper Van roof racks with prices starting at under £100. In addition to the excellent Flat 4 rack, there's a longer EMPI version and a short 'two bow' VW roofrack to sit above the cab section on pick-ups, crew cabs, and campers with pop-top roofs.

PLEASE NOTE: The sill fixings and limited clearance mean that our roofracks will not fit over pop-top or hinging roofs - only on solid 'tin roof' models.

In addition to our VW roofracks, we also stock 'jail bar' kits to help you protect the windows and seats around your camper's rear (interior) luggage area. Originally fitted to deluxe models and produced by the original VW supplier (they even feature original VW markings and part number stamps!) these are a practical yet classic finishing touch to your cherished camper.
