Adjustable Spring Plates

These take the tedium out of rear torsion bar adjustment. They can only be used in conjunction with 21 3/4 inch torsion bars that were fitted as standard to most late swing-axle cars.

If they are not fitted to your car they can be sourced from a donor vehicle or purchased (see below). Adjustable spring plates require 2 inch inner grommets and 1 7/8 inch outer grommets.

Chrome Spring Plate Retainers

These prevent the spring plates from jumping out of line and are used by drag racers and off roaders. Supplied as a kit with hardware - requires welding.

Camber Compensator

Prevents dangerous rear wheel tuck on swing axle vehicles. Simply bolt to the bottom of the gearbox case. Please note: These may foul the original Z-bar, if one is present.

A: EMPI - with urethane pads which contact the axle tubes

B: C.B. Performance - with straps that loop over the axle tubes

Rear Anti-Roll Bar Kits

Improves handling by reducing body roll. These must be used in conjunction with an up-rated front anti-roll bar. Supplied as complete kits with instructions, some cars may require drilling.

Weld these on to convert a swing axle floor pan to IRS for superior handling.

Stiffer than stock for improved handling. Choose knobby or smooth to match your original grommets or replacement spring plate covers. Priced per pair.
