Please check what type of camshaft you are using before you purchase your oil pump. Camshafts are either 3 rivet/bolt (>1970) or 4 rivet/bolt (1971>). This affects the depth of the oil pump.

Bugpack Filter Pump

Provides mounting for a Golf or FRAM oil filter. Cannot be used with stock or fully merged exhausts or on 68> Type 2's. Manufactured in the USA and fitted with 32mm gears, pressure release valve and O-ring seal. Also features gear support in cover.

Bugpack Super Pump

A high qulaity aluminium pump supplied with a full flow pump cover. 2 plugs are also supplied so the pump can be used for both full flow and non-full flow applications. Features 32mm gears with full support in the cover and an O-ring pump-to-cover seal.

A top quality full flow pump cover featuring a pressure relief valve to protect external coolers and filters from excess pressure, especially when the engine is cold. The use of an [link:AC115351] HP1 filter is recommended.

Bolts to rear bumper mount on both early and late cars to provide a convenient mounting point for oil filter heads. Pressed steel construction with captive nuts - includes 3 bolts and washers.

Bolts to exhaust studs on the left hand head. Choose to either fit inside or outside of the exhaust to suit your application. Billet aluminium bracket with spacers and extra long exhaust studs.
